YOO MUSE Mentorship & Wellbeing Programme
This partnership with the EIS Association is a great development for YOO MUSE in our mission to connect the financial services industry. This aligns well with the EIS Association’s aim through its Green Shoots membership to create a space for young professionals in the industry to independently develop their own networks and build new and lasting relationships in addition to the career development and learning opportunities available to them as part of their membership.
EIS Association is the trade body for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), a government schemes that encourages investment into early-stage, high-growth companies. The EIS Association represents founders, advisers and investors from across the ecosystem. Green Shoots is the young professionals membership open to all those 35 and under who work at a EIS Association Full Corporate member.
The YOO MUSE Mentorship & Wellbeing Programme is a unique blend of career mentorship and wellbeing support, helping professionals in the financial services industry to achieve both their personal and career goals. The Mentor & Wellbeing Champions come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a wealth of personal knowledge and experience. They have also navigated their own work-life challenges and understand that your challenges may be very different to their own. They are here to support, listen and inspire you, as well as encourage you to navigate your own 'unknowns' towards your career and wellbeing goals.
