Dear Readers:
We are all very aware of the impact trust has on our clients. If we are not trusted, we have no clients. But what about trust amongst the people within the business?
The people are the engine that make the business work. Without trust, everything becomes disjointed, people are doing their own thing - out for themselves - their attention probably elsewhere looking for the next career move, collaboration and team spirit dissipates, and ultimately it falls apart…. And where there is trust? Well, collaboration, integrity, and innovation are built on it.
Team work makes the dream work, as they say!
